Shipping policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, and shipping destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Lao’d Roots is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
