Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@laodroots.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the order and help with the next step.

Size and Fit

Please review the size information before ordering. Made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to ordering the wrong size.

Return Condition

Items approved for return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition received.

Final Sale Items

Limited drops, mystery boxes, and custom or made-to-order items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
